This unit is delivered through guided study and facilitative support/tutorials. The materials enclosed in this e-learning package are for you to work through. The contents of this guided programme are as follows:

The material aims to build upon your current knowledge and experience of Health Care Ethics and Law. To this end, some of the activities ask you to reflect upon your current area of practice and begin to consider how these issues impact upon the whole healthcare team as well as the patient /client and the nurse.
